The Office of the Nazir and Authorized Election Officer, High Court of Sindh, Karachi, has announced elections for the President and members of the Managing Committee of Kokan Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Limited, in compliance with High Court orders dated May 21 and August 31, 2026.
Nomination forms are available at https://linktr.ee/nazirsindhhighcourt. Candidates must submit their forms personally at the office of the undersigned on November 2, 2026, between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM, excluding break time. Forms will be accepted only during the scheduled submission period.

On election day, recitation of the Holy Quran will take place at 9:55 AM. Voting will begin at 10:00 AM and continue without a break until 3:00 PM. Counting of votes and announcement of results will follow immediately after voting.
Members must bring their original CNIC and know their serial number in the membership list. Nomination fees are Rs. 5,000 for a Managing Committee member and Rs. 10,000 for President. The election is administered by Saifullah Phulpoto, Nazir, High Court of Sindh, and Authorized Election Officer.
