Pakistan Navy invites applications for 69 civilian vacancies under the Balochistan quota, covering BPS-01 to BPS-15. Eligible registered candidates will be called for an interview at Quetta and Gwadar or another district through the Pakistan Federal Employment Facilitation Cell. Candidates must bring their original documents, a 1 × 1 inch passport-size photograph, CNIC, domicile and educational certificates, together with three sets of attested photocopies. Government employees must apply through the proper channel and produce a departmental No Objection Certificate at the interview. No travelling or daily allowance is admissible for the written test or interview.
Recruitment for BPS-01 to BPS-16 will be conducted through a walk-in interview without an entry or written test, and screening tests are exempted. Recruitment will be carried out on merit through newly established employment cells in Balochistan districts. A 10% quota for women and a 5% quota for minorities apply.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Appointment is subject to verification of domicile, academic certificates and degrees, police verification, and medical fitness. False information or forged documents may lead to cancellation of candidature or dismissal from service.
