The Executive Engineer (Buildings), C&W, PP&H Department, Zhob, invites bids for additional works at Sweet Home in District Zhob under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Bidders must have active taxpayer status, registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above for 2026–27, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. All bidders must also register with the BPPRA electronic public procurement system.
The single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will apply. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee, deposit at call, or another permitted form from a scheduled bank. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office upon payment of a non-refundable PKR 1,500 fee.
Bids must be submitted by 12 November 2026. Tender opening will take place at 12:00 noon on the same date at the issuing office.
