The Court of the Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism, Shikarpur, has issued a proclamation in Special Case No. 59/2026, State versus Imamdad and Others, arising from Crime No. 16/2026 at Police Station Usman Essani alias Baddo, District Shikarpur. The notice bears reference ATC/SHP/1609/2026 and is dated October 26, 2026.
The following accused are recorded as absconders. All belong to the Kharos community and reside in Hafiz Abad village, Garhi Yasin Taluka, District Shikarpur.

Non-bailable arrest warrants were returned unexecuted after police reported that the accused had absconded and were not traceable. Under Section 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code, read with Section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, the accused are directed to appear before the court at the Judicial Complex, District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur, within seven days after publication of this notice. Failure to appear will result in the case proceeding in their absence.
