The Directorate General Local Government and Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, invites applications from eligible Khyber Pakhtunkhwa candidates for regular posts under the minority quota.

Apply online through www.etea.edu.pk. The application form will be available from 1 November 2026, and the closing date is 20 November 2026. Candidates must create an ETEA profile and verify their CNIC through a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise before depositing the application fee.
After submitting the online application, generate a deposit slip and pay the prescribed non-refundable fee through Easypaisa, JazzCash or a UBL OMNI agent. Keep the original paid deposit slip for verification. Submit a separate application and fee for each post.
Selection includes an ETEA screening test. Final merit comprises 70 marks for educational criteria, 20 marks for the weighted ETEA test and 10 marks for the interview. Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview calls. Eligibility and age will be assessed on the application closing date; age relaxation will follow government rules.
Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel. Candidates must present original documents at interview, and foreign qualifications require an HEC equivalence certificate. No TA/DA is admissible. Roll-number slips will be available through ETEA, with SMS alerts sent to candidates.
