Absence Notice to Sardar Wali, Office Assistant, at Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex Nowshera

The Office of the Hospital Director, Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI), Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has issued an absence notice to Mr. Sardar Wali, Office Assistant.

Mr. Sardar Wali has been absent from duty since 15 July 2026 and has not submitted an application to the office concerning his absence. Despite repeated instructions to resume duty, he remains absent.

He is directed to report for duty within seven days. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary proceedings, which may lead to dismissal from service.
