Chaklala Cantonment Board Public Notice for Inheritance Transfer of Bungalow 1097-A

Chaklala Cantonment Board invites objections to the proposed inheritance-based transfer of Bungalow No. 1097-A, Survey No. 622/1327/A, in Chaklala Cantonment. The property is governed by Schedule VIII of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937.

The property owner died on 7 February 2021. The transfer application seeks mutation of the property in favour of three daughters as legal heirs, following the court decision dated 21 September 2021 in Civil Suit No. 25/2021.

Anyone having an objection to the proposed transfer must submit it in writing to the Executive Officer, Chaklala Cantonment Board, within 15 days of publication of this notice. If no objection is received within that period, the property transfer will proceed in accordance with the rules.
