PCMMDC Multan Cattle Market Parking Fee E-Auction 2026

Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) invites online bids for the parking fee collection contract at its Multan cattle market under Tender No. PCMMDC/Admin-102/2026-27. The auction is governed by the PCMMDC E-Auction Policy 2025, amended up to March 2026.

The contract period runs from 16 March 2026 to 30 June 2027. Online bidding will take place on 11 March 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Interested bidders must register at https://elgcd.punjab.gov.pk/login and pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 10,000 through a Payment Slip ID (PSID). Registration for participation must be completed by 5:00 PM on 10 March 2026, and the relevant PSID payment must be completed by 11:59 PM that day.

Only registered bidders may participate. Blacklisted persons and defaulters are ineligible. The required 10% earnest money must be deposited through the portal-generated PSID before participation.

The highest bidder must provide security equal to 10% of the successful bid. Earnest money already deposited will be adjusted against this security, and the remaining amount must be deposited in accordance with the auction conditions. Where a CDR or pay order is required, it must be submitted within 24 hours. Earnest money deposited by unsuccessful bidders will be refunded following the auction result.

The successful bidder must pay the applicable service cost calculated as a percentage of the bid price. Punjab sales tax on services at 16% of the gross contract value is payable under the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act, 2012, through the Punjab Revenue Authority. The bid price is exclusive of taxes, and applicable taxes, duties and agreement expenses are the successful bidder's responsibility.

The successful bidder must complete the contractual formalities with PCMMDC. The bidding document forms part of the contract, and the auction remains subject to the company's applicable policy and conditions.
