Cadet College Ghotki Admissions 2027–28 for Classes VII, VIII and IX

Cadet College Ghotki, Sindh, Pakistan, invites applications for admission to Classes VII, VIII and IX for the 2027–28 session. Limited seats are available on a self-finance basis in Classes VII and VIII.

Age relaxation is not permissible. Students appearing in the annual examinations of Classes VI, VII and VIII in March/April 2027 are also eligible.

Application deadlines: Admission forms must reach the college by January 9, 2027. Forms will be accepted with a late fee of Rs. 500 until January 15, 2027. Applications will not be accepted after January 15, 2027.

Entry test: The test will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2027. Test centres are Ghotki, Larkana, Karachi, Quetta, Multan, Rawalpindi and Lahore. Centres in Quetta, Multan, Rawalpindi and Lahore are conditional on the number of candidates exceeding 20.

Test subjects: English, Mathematics, Urdu/Sindhi and General Knowledge, including IQ, General Knowledge and General Science, at the new edition of Sindh Text Book Board or equivalent level. Candidates who qualify in the written test will undergo an interview and medical examination for further admission processing. Candidates are advised to obtain a preliminary medical examination from a CMH or DHQ hospital.

Manual application: Purchase an admission form in person from the College Account Branch for Rs. 2,500 in cash. Forms can also be obtained by post by submitting a demand draft of Rs. 2,500 in favour of CADET COLLEGE GHOTKI.

Scholarships: Scholarships are available for cadets securing first and second positions in the entry test for Classes VII and VIII; cadets securing first and second positions in annual examinations of Classes VII–XI; cadets whose fathers pass away during their studies at the college; wards of armed forces martyrs; and students from Balochistan.

For the scholarship for wards of armed forces martyrs, candidates must be domiciled in District Ghotki and pass the College Entry Test. If more than one candidate qualifies, the scholarship will be awarded on merit. Candidates must provide documentary proof under GHQ W & R Policy. Award and continuation of scholarships depend on meeting the required selection criteria, maintaining the academic record and complying with the Scholarship Policy.
