NIBAF Pakistan Tender for Health and Life Insurance Services FY 2026–27

The National Institute of Banking and Finance Pakistan (NIBAF), Facility Management Division, invites bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the provision of non-consultancy services under the contract “Services of Health and Life Insurance Policies at NIBAF Pakistan,” reference P142836. Funds have been reserved for this procurement for FY 2026–27.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure under Open Competitive Bidding, adopting the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBST) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and regulations and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

All bids must include the bid security required in the bidding document, in the form of a Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration using the prescribed format.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/142836.

Bids must be prepared according to the e-bidding document instructions and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, November 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
