DHA Karachi Tender for Office Building Construction in Phase I

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi, invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure for construction of an office building in DHA Phase I. Participating firms must have experience in similar projects and valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for 2026–27.

Bid documents may be obtained from the office of the Additional Director (Contract), Engineer Directorate, PDOHA Head Office, from 3 November 2026. Applicants must submit a written request, produce a valid PEC registration certificate and pay the non-refundable bid document fee through a pay order in favour of “Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi.”

Sealed technical and financial bids, comprising one original and one copy, must be delivered to the Additional Director (Contract) by 2:30 p.m. on 19 November 2026. Technical proposals will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Only technically qualified firms will be invited to the opening of their financial proposals.

DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable rules and regulations.
