The office of GE (DP) Const Kamra, Military Engineer Services (MES), invites applications for contractor prequalification for the following works under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004.

The estimated cost for these works is at par with the cost shown in the tender documents.
Firms must submit applications with complete credentials within fifteen days for issuance of tender documents. Applications will be scrutinized, and tender documents will be issued only to prequalified firms based on sufficient experience, performance, managerial capabilities, financial position, special conditions relating to the area, distance or response, and other relevant factors.
Priced tenders must reach the office by 11:30 a.m. on 16 November 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 noon the same day, or on the prescribed date indicated in the tender documents.
Firms enlisted with MES may apply. Firms not on the MES approved list must furnish a certificate with their application detailing works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand. The statement must include the work description, department or agency, amount of work, time allowed, actual completion date, progress of works in hand, and the department's performance report for each work.
Details of the works may be obtained from the office of the concerned executive on any working day.
