Gwadar Development Authority invites participation in an open auction for the lease of its properties in Gwadar. The lease periods, areas, estimated values and required call deposits are outlined below.

Auction documents are available from the Estate Management office against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. Participants must submit the required 25% call deposit to participate. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Balochistan Revenue Authority. The lease rent will increase by 10% annually. Participation and allotment are subject to the authority’s auction terms and lease conditions.
