The Office of the Chief Inspector of Mines, Balochistan, Quetta, invites applications from the widows and orphaned children of deceased employees for recruitment under the deceased employees’ family quota. Eligibility applies to the legal heirs of government employees who died during service between 18 April 2007 and 18 October 2024.
The recruitment is governed by the Services and General Administration Department, Government of Balochistan, notifications No. SORI.5(13)1S&GAD/2007/323-433 dated 18 April 2007, No. SO(R-1)5(13)S&GAD-2026/1036 dated 13 May 2026, and No. SOA(M&MD)1-2/2026/1658-60 dated 22 October 2026.
Applicants must submit the following documents:

| 4 | Copy of the Pension Payment Order (PPO) or pension roll. |

| 6 | Copy of the applicant’s or guardian’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). |
| 7 | Copy of the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA. |
| 8 | For a widow, a non-marriage certificate and affidavit. If a child applies instead of the widow, a no-objection affidavit from all remaining legal heirs, attested by a first-class magistrate, confirming that they have no objection to that applicant’s appointment. |
| 9 | Attested educational certificates, domicile and CNIC copies, together with three passport-size photographs. |
Applications with the required documents must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Inspector of Mines, Sariab Link Road, Quetta. Applicants must include their mobile number. Recruitment will be conducted under the prevailing government rules.
