Punjab Healthcare Commission Uniform Procurement Tender 2026

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC), an independent regulatory body established under the PHC Act, 2010, invites bids for the procurement of uniforms under a framework contract. Eligible firms, companies and suppliers engaged in supplying these items must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the submission deadline. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted or transferred online against the PSID generated by the system, following PPRA directions. Late bids will not be accepted by the online system. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours, and bidders’ representatives may attend at the PHC address below. Bids must remain valid for 120 days.

There are 16 lots/items. Bidders must select each lot separately in the Punjab e-Procurement System for which they wish to submit a proposal. Interested bidders must visit the PHC Head Office before the closing date to better understand the uniform items and may contact or visit the Procurement Department for clarification about the lots/items.

Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and may be downloaded from www.phc.org.pk, ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System. The PPRA tender listing is available at eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.

PHC will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
