The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites Islamabad/Rawalpindi-based firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed as Active Taxpayers with the FBR to apply for pre-qualification (Framework Agreement) for the provision of furniture items and after-sale repair & maintenance services. The pre-qualification document is available for download at the HEC website.
Completed applications, prepared in accordance with the pre-qualification document, must reach the Purchase Section, Executive Block Basement, Room No. 1-B(6), HEC, H-9/4 by 2026-07-28 13:30 hrs; applications will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs.
