Punjab S&GAD Tender for Welfare Canteen Services at Civil Secretariat Lahore

The Government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration Department (Welfare Wing), invites electronic bids for running the Welfare Canteen/Cafeteria at Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, service providers and joint ventures, where applicable, engaged in the relevant business. Bidders must be duly registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities.

Complete electronic bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk according to the following schedule:

The original bid security instrument must be submitted in accordance with the requirements and procedures prescribed under the applicable procurement rules and the EPADS system. Bidders should upload their bids well before the submission deadline rather than waiting until the final date and time.

Submission through EPADS is entirely the bidder's responsibility. The procuring agency will not be responsible for issues arising from submission. The PPRA website is https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and the response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
