CDA Islamabad Tender for Chlorine, Water Treatment Supplies and Cylinder Maintenance 2026–27

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Water Supply Directorate, Production Division-I, invites electronic bids through the PPRA e-Bidding System (EPADS 2.0) for a one-year rate running contract for 2026–27.

Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), hold valid registration in Category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE09 and ME07(v) for 2026–27, and satisfy the eligibility and qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding, using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and regulations and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

Bid security deadline: Original bid security must be delivered in person to the office of the Deputy Director, Production Division-I, CDA, Room No. 165, 1st Floor, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6, Islamabad, on or before November 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Failure to meet this requirement will result in automatic disqualification.

The original bid security must be in favour of Deputy Director Production Division-I, CDA. The company name must be clearly written on the CDR or pay order. An authorized representative must provide a copy of their CNIC together with a General or Special Power of Attorney attested through the respective court. Firms must also provide an undertaking declaring that the attorney holder is not an employee of any government or semi-government institution.

Electronic bid submission deadline: Bids prepared according to the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before November 18, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened through EPADS 2.0 on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
