Fazlehaq College Mardan Tender for Furniture, Photocopiers, Magazines and Facility Contracts

The Fazlehaq College Mardan invites sealed bids through EPADS under Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014. The Single Stage One Envelope Procedure applies to contracts numbered 1 to 6. Authorized firms and general order suppliers must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and KPRA, and appear on the Active Taxpayer Lists of FBR and KPRA.

Bid submission deadline: 21 November 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at The Fazle Haq College Mardan.

Clarifications and queries may be submitted through EPADS during working days within office hours. No queries will be entertained after 13 November 2026. Bid Solicitation Documents may be downloaded from http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk until the bid submission deadline. Interested bidders must register on EPADS to obtain a username and password. The notice is also available at www.kppra.gov.pk.

The non-refundable Bid Solicitation Document fee is Rs. 2,000. Downloaded documents must be accompanied by a deposit slip for this amount, paid through Bank of Khyber, Chamber House Branch, Mardan, to the account titled Principal The Fazlehaq College Mardan.

Bid proposals must be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security in the form of a CDR must be submitted in hard copy at the time of bid opening.

Incomplete or conditional tender forms, and submissions without the CDR and document-fee slip, will be rejected. Further terms and conditions are contained in the bidding documents. Federal and provincial duties and taxes, including sales tax, will be deducted according to government directives.

For contracts 4 and 5, bidders may offer a higher monthly rent. Offers below the prescribed minimum monthly rent will not be considered. The Principal may reject any or all tenders before acceptance under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
