The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from PEC-registered contractors via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for multiple construction and renovation works at the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad. Works include construction of a Counter Terrorism Wing, additional rooms and floors, façade uplift, main block renovation, cafeteria construction and renovation of the Global Interpol Academy.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 29 July 2026; e-bids will be opened on the same day. Bidders must include the required bid security (in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit).
