Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Matli, Badin — Re-verification of Records of Rights under Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967

Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Matli, District Badin is announcing the final checking and re-verification of the Records of Rights (rights register) for lands in Taluka Matli under Sections 40 and 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The Board of Revenue, Sindh, exercising powers given under Section 40 and following its meeting of 28-02-2025, has directed province-wide verification and computerization of khata (land account) records; this notice was issued on 2026-06-13.

The verification concerns all khatahdars (record holders) in Taluka Matli including village Naro Kot and adjacent dehs. All land record holders are requested to produce two copies of their computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) so that CNIC information can be correctly recorded in the newly revised khata books and computerized Records of Rights; records will be updated and registered according to the computerized CNIC data and the procedures laid down under Sections 42(11), (12) and (13) of the Act.
