Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Mirpur Sakro — Special revision (re-writing) of Record of Rights for Deh Lakhha, Taluka Mirpur Sakro, District Thatta

Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Mirpur Sakro is announcing a Special Revision (re-writing) and verification of the Record of Rights (RoR) for Deh Lakhha, Taluka Mirpur Sakro, District Thatta, pursuant to the Board of Revenue, Sindh decision of 28 February 2025 under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The Board has directed a special review to correct, certify and computerize land records; the corrected records will be certified under the procedure framed by Section 42(11),(12) and (13) of the Act and certified by the concerned Mukhtiarkar/First Grade Assistant Collector.

The notice publishes the names of khatehdars (account holders), survey numbers and areas for the village and instructs that any person who has an objection regarding ownership, survey number, area or any other entry must submit a written objection to the Assistant Commissioner's Office, Taluka Mirpur Sakro within 15 days of this publication (deadline: 2026-06-22). Parallel special revision notices and lists for villages in Taluka Badin (for example Deh Moro Pa Baghara and Deh Ronghari) have also been published by the respective Mukhtiarkar/office; affected persons should file objections at the respective Assistant Commissioner / Mukhtiarkar office named in the notice within the same 15-day period.
