Eligibility & qualification: Firms must be registered on e-PADS/EPAPS, hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in relevant category (C-6 or above) with appropriate field specialization codes (e.g., CE-9 & CE-10), and be active taxpayers with FBR/NTN/PNTN as applicable.
Bid procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope procurement. Bidders must submit technical and financial e-bids via the prescribed e-procurement platform (e-PADS/PPRA e-portal). Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and bid submission instructions are available on the PPRA/e-PADS portal for free download.
Bid security & performance guarantee: A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount is required in favor of the Project Director PGSH Scheme, Bahawalpur. Where required, up to 10% Performance Guarantee will be obtained in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee valid for three (03) months beyond the completion date. Performance Guarantees issued by insurance companies will not be accepted.
