District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Muzaffargarh invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PAK) for multiple framework contract packages for Financial Year 2026–27. Registered bidders/suppliers/manufacturers/firms having valid registration with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, etc.) and an active Punjab e-Procurement profile may participate.
Scope: 38 framework contract lots covering major categories including medicines, surgical & disposable items, dialysis items & accessories, biomedical gases & fire extinguishers, X-ray films & accessories, dental items, general store, linen (bedding/ clothing), stationery & printing, computer & IT, OT equipment & instruments, surgical instruments, sterilization items, laboratory/diagnostic consumables, implants & prosthetics, hospital furniture & fixtures, drugs & vaccines, spare parts, maintenance items and other hospital consumables and services.
Procurement method & eligibility: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered and registered firms must provide valid documentary evidence (Income Tax, Sales Tax, active registrations). All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
Bid security & submission of original documents: A scanned copy of the bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be uploaded with the electronic bid. The original bid security in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Muzaffargarh must be delivered to the Medical Superintendent’s office by the stated deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
