REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids — Constructed Shops at Rail Market (Kharkhano), Hayatabad, Peshawar

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for leasing constructed shops at Rail Market / near Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar under a Public-Private Partnership on a one-time premium (non-refundable) plus advance annual rent basis for a period of 21 years (extendable as per terms).

• Bids are invited on a single-stage, one-envelope procedure for leasing of shops.
• Bid documents and terms & conditions for each shop can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO offices; sale/processing fee applies (processing fee visible in notice).
• Bid security for each shop must be provided in the form of CDR/PO in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
• Successful bidder will be bound to deposit 100% of the offered lease premium or as specified in the bid document; an annual escalation of 8% (compound) is indicated for annual rent.
• Sealed bids to be delivered/submitted and will be opened at the specified Peshawar Cantt Railway Station venue in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (opening date/time given in the original notice).
• REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
