Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites applications for appointment as President / CEO of the Bank of AJK. A contract for appointment will be signed on selection for an initial period of three years (extendable by mutual consent). The selected candidate will be positioned at the Bank Head Office in Muzaffarabad.

Position	President / CEO, Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir
Term	Three years (contract; extendable by mutual consent)
Location	Bank Head Office, Muzaffarabad
Eligibility & Qualifications	Must be a career banker with at least five years' experience at a senior level such as Executive Vice President (EVP) or above. Adequate knowledge, expertise and skill-mix related to banking business model, overall size, complexity and risk profile of the bank. Minimum qualification: graduation or equivalent in banking, finance, economics, business administration or related fields. Age between 40 and 65 years.
Selection Conditions	Appointment will be on market-based competitive salary and other emoluments. Selected candidate will meet "Fit and Proper Test" criteria prescribed by the State Bank of Pakistan. No TA/DA admissible for interview.
