The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan invites applications from dynamic, experienced and result-oriented professionals domiciled in Balochistan for appointment on a contract basis as Deputy Project Director (PPS-9) for the Project Management Unit (PMU) — Danish Schools Project.

| Eligibility / Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education: BSc/BEng or BS in Civil Engineering from HEC-recognized institution. Professional certifications given preference. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years professional experience in project management. Experience in construction & rehabilitation is an added advantage. Must have intermediate/advanced knowledge of project planning and management processes. |
| Age Limit | Min 35 years — Max 62 years on closing date of application |
| Tenure | Initially 1 year, extendable annually subject to satisfactory performance and project requirement |
| Salary | As per PPS-9 in accordance with Finance Division regulations and Project Director policy notification |
| Key Responsibilities / Terms of Reference | Monitor project implementation to prevent time/cost overruns; establish procedures for reviews; identify risks and mitigation; ensure timely and outcome-oriented reporting; coordinate with stakeholders; provide technical guidance and supervision for project execution and reporting. |
