Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dargai. Sealed electronic bids are invited through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) under Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 from eligible firms/contractors holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category and duly enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Last date & time for submission: 2026-07-22 11:30 AM. Date & time for opening: 2026-07-22 02:00 PM. Bidding documents must be downloaded from the EPAD website (eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of the NIT on KPPRA. Bidders must upload a clear, signed BSD form with their electronic submission; original call deposit receipt (bid security) and required documents shall be submitted as specified in the NIT.
Mandatory documents (as per NIT): valid PEC license, enlistment with Local Council Board (if applicable), KPRA registration (if applicable), signed & stamped BOQ, original CDR/additional security where required, CNIC copy of MD/owner, active NTN/Income Tax certificate and other documents listed in the tender documents.
