Required enclosures: copy of CNIC (or NICOP/Passport for foreign shareholders). Signature on the postal ballot must match the signature on CNIC/NICOP/Passport. In the case of a corporate shareholder, the name and CNIC/NICOP/Passport of the authorized signatory must be provided.
Notes: Postal ballots received after the stated cut-off will not be considered. Incomplete, unsigned, incorrect, defaced, torn, mutilated or overwritten postal ballots will be rejected.
