Key Responsibilities	Eligibility & Requirements
Lead the Management Services (MS) Audit function and provide assurance on governance, strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, performance management, internal controls and management practices across the Bank. Develop and execute a risk-based MS Audit plan aligned with the Bank's audit strategy and risk assessment. Assess adequacy of controls over financial and management information used for planning, monitoring and reporting. Approve scope and budget of engagements while monitoring overall budgetary control of engagements. Facilitate communication and reporting with the Board Audit Committee, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and external auditors.	Minimum qualification: MBA / M.Com / MSc in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as CA / ACCA / CFA from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university/institute. Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CA/ACCA) will be preferred. Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years' experience in Internal Audit. Age: Up to 50 years as on date of application.
