Notes
Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's 'Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers' Two-envelope bidding process. Bidders may submit Bids for one or more Lots. The Framework Agreements shall be concluded for a Term till the closing of the project i.e., 31 December 2027.
