HMC Tender Notice No. HMC-35/2026 — Supply of Flanges, Fittings, Tubes, Plates and Related Items for Taxila

Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Tender No.: HMC-35/2026.

Purpose: Procurement of various mechanical and consumable items including flanges, floating head flanges, fittings, tubes, sheets/plates, stud bolts, baffle & support plates, pipes, wood, sodium silicate, cotton rags, LRF castable and studs. Full item descriptions, quantities and case numbers are provided in the tender documents.

Eligibility: Open to suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.

How to apply: Submit sealed tenders addressed to the Chief Framing (C.F.)/concerned authority, clearly marked with the tender number and prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents. Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management, HMC Taxila upon payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR / Pay Order.

Submission deadline: Tenders must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila on or before 2026-07-16 at 14:00 hrs. Opening will be at 14:30 hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Payment & guarantees: Purchase of bidding documents requires payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable). Refer to tender documents for bid security, submission method and other financial requirements.

Important notes: HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award. Bidders must follow all instructions in the bidding documents.
