The Punjab Education Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) invites sealed mark-up proposals for reinvestment of Rs. 770 million in one-year Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs). Eligible banks and institutions should submit proposals by the stated deadline.

Eligibility: Public/Private and Islamic Banks (excluding Specialized Banks), Development Finance Institutions, Microfinance Banks, and Foreign Banks operating in Pakistan having a minimum long-term rating of "AA" (as evaluated by JCR-VIS or PACRA) and published by the State Bank of Pakistan with validity at least up to 2026-08-05.
Submission and opening: Sealed, stamped mark-up proposals must reach the undersigned by not later than 03:00 PM on 2026-07-13 (Monday). Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of the Finance Committee of PECTAA and Branch Managers of banks or their authorized representatives. If the closing date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the last date for submission.
