WAPDA Mangla Dam Organization — Invitation to E-Bid for Roof Treatment and Purchase for Reservoir Works

Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Mangla Dam Organization (MDO) invites electronic bids (e-bids) for works/supplies related to Mangla Project. Bidders must submit proposals through the E-Procurement/EPADS system by the specified deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted online via EPADS/PPRA by 11:30 hours on the closing date. Late or manual submissions will be rejected.

- E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and clarifications are available on EPADS and the WAPDA website. Documents must be downloaded and used for preparation of bids.

- Bid securities (as specified for each package) must be provided in the prescribed form and uploaded/submitted as required. Only registered active taxpayers are eligible to bid. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Submission and opening:

- Electronic bids will be received up to 11:30 hours on 2026-06-29. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day in the Committee Room of the Project Office, Mangla Dam Organization (MDO), WAPDA Mangla in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
