State Teaching Hospital & Medical College / Medical & Dental Teaching Institute (MTI) Swat invites applications for multiple senior positions in clinical, administration, nursing, finance and audit functions. Appointments are on merit and shortlisting will be done as per prescribed criteria.

| Medical Director | Senior clinician with postgraduate qualifications and extensive experience in clinical leadership and departmental management. |
| Director Nursing | Senior nursing professional with appropriate nursing qualifications and significant experience in nursing administration and leadership. |
| Director Finance / Finance Director | Qualified finance professional (CA/ACMA or equivalent) with proven experience in financial management, budgeting and public sector financial rules. |
| Director Human Resources | Senior HR professional with relevant qualification and experience in human resource management in large organizations or healthcare institutions. |
| Chief Internal Auditor | Qualified auditor (ACCA/CA or equivalent) or master’s in accounting with extensive internal audit experience and knowledge of government rules and regulations. |
| Secretary / Additional Senior Administrative Posts | Experienced administrative officers for Board/administration functions with relevant seniority and experience. |
