| Key Responsibilities | Lead Management Services (MS) Audit function and provide assurance on governance, strategic initiatives, organisational effectiveness, performance management, internal controls and management practices across the Bank; develop and execute a risk-based Management Services Audit plan aligned with the Bank's audit strategy and risk assessment; assess adequacy of controls over financial and management information used for planning, monitoring and reporting; approve scope and budget of each engagement and monitor overall budgetary control; facilitate communication and reporting with Board Audit Committee, State Bank of Pakistan and External Auditors. |
| Qualification | Minimum MBA / M.Com / MSc in Accounting / Finance. Professional accounting certifications such as CA / ACCA / ICMA are recognised. Professional certifications like CIA / CISA will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 9 to 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Internal Audit. |
| Age Limit | Up to 50 years as on date of application. |
