Confucius Institute at the University of Karachi is offering Certificate Courses in Basic Chinese (Morning, Afternoon & Weekend classes) for the Fall Session 2026. Courses are aimed at students preparing for higher studies in China, business persons, job seekers with China-based organizations, and those seeking careers as Chinese language interpreters/teachers.
Salient features: Pakistani teachers qualified from Sichuan Normal University (Chengdu, China); air-conditioned classrooms; audio-visual aids; high-speed internet; language labs; auditorium and conference room.
Eligibility: Basic Chinese (HSK-I) for Juniors (age limit 9–16 years); Basic Chinese (HSK-I); Intermediate candidates with Second Division (minimum 45% marks). Admission fees to be deposited between 2026-07-20 and 2026-07-24. Classes commence on 2026-08-01.
