Tender: Construction of Bab-e-Malakand near Zarabad Check Post, Sakhakot (Estimated PKR 15.00M)

Issuing authority: Tehsil Municipal Administration, Dargai (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Sealed/electronic tenders are invited through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) under Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure for the construction works under MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and non-MRS items. Eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licensed firms/contractors enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, may apply.

How to apply and key requirements:

- Download bidding documents from the EPAD website (eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of NIT on KPPRA.

- Submit bids electronically via EPADS; original bid securities (call deposit receipts) and any additional required instruments must be submitted to the procuring entity (TMO Dargai) before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit originals will result in debarment and disqualification per KPPRA rules.

- Earnest money and additional securities must comply with KPPRA notifications. Contractors quoting more than 20% below the Engineer's estimate must furnish additional security equal to the differential along with detailed rate analysis.

- Mandatory documents: valid PEC registration/license in relevant category, enlistment with Local Council Board (LCB), registration with KP Revenue Authority, BOQ duly signed and stamped, original call deposit (bid security) and additional security if applicable, CNIC copy of MD/owner, valid NTN/Income Tax certificate, and any other documents specified in the bidding documents.

- Bid securities must be in the shape of call deposit receipt in favor of the Procuring Entity/TMO Dargai. Sealed bids sent through courier/tax or by hand will not be acceptable unless submitted through the registered mail/courier service specified in the NIT. Bids will be opened publicly at the specified time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
