Tender Notice — Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme Mansehra: Civil Works Packages (EPADS)

Project Director, Project Management Unit (Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme Mansehra), Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) from eligible contractors for civil works for the Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme Mansehra. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Bids electronically through EPADS and provide original hard copies as required.

Key submission details:

- Deadline for submission of bids (electronic and prescribed hard copies): 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM.
- Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Project Director, PMU, Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme, PHED Pakhwal Chowk, Mansehra.
- Bid security must be furnished as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned and uploaded to EPADS as required by the bidding documents.

Instructions and requirements include: submission of completed Bid Solicitation Documents with qualification, eligibility, financial, experience, personnel and equipment requirements, drawings and specifications; compliance with KPPRA rules and the bidding document; and that financial instruments and rate analysis (where applicable) be placed in the Financial Bid. Failure to comply with mandatory requirements will render bids non-responsive.
