The Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Swat-I, invites electronic bids from eligible government-registered firms/contractors (specialization code CE-09) for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in the northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement will follow KPPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the e-procurement portal http://eprocure.gov.pk.
Bidders must be registered with the KP Revenue Authority (active status) and submit bid security, additional security and detailed rate analysis (if the quoted rate is more than 20% below the Engineer's Estimate) as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. Required sealed documents must be delivered to the office of the undersigned before closing. Submission deadline is 07-08-2026 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
