Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla invites electronic e-bids (e-procurement) for supply of transformers and spare parts on FOB basis through International Competitive Bidding (ICB).
Key instructions: electronic bidding documents, full terms, conditions and specifications are available to registered bidders on the e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk) and EPADS. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be followed. Electronic bids must be submitted online by the specified dates and will be opened on the same day at the stated times in the presence of bidders. Bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla is required.
