The Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab, Lahore invites sealed bids for the sale of waste paper (obsolete ballot and election paper) generated from General Elections, by-elections, Cantonment Board and Local Government elections. Bids must be submitted online under PPRA rules using the EPADS V2.0 Single-Stage One-Envelope method.
Submission deadline is 2008-08-10 by 11:00; received bids will be opened same day at 11:30. Total quantity is 321,520 kg with a reserve price of Rs65/kg (total reserve Rs20,098,800). Bid security is 10% (Rs2,089,380). Firms must have at least three years’ experience and a minimum turnover of Rs30,000,000 over the last three years.
