Public Health Engineering Division, Hangu invites sealed bids through the EPADS single-stage single-envelope procedure for multiple civil works under the Hangu Area Development Project (HADP) 2025-26. Submission deadline: 2026-06-15 at 12:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
Key eligibility and submission requirements: photocopies of CNIC, valid PEC registration certificate, enlistment certificate, and active taxpayer certificates from FBR and KPRA must accompany each bid. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and hold an active PEC status with appropriate civil code (CE-09) where applicable. Bid security (as shown below — 2% of estimated cost plus stamp duty) must be submitted in original as a separate call deposit in the name of the Executive Engineer. Bid validity: 120 days from the closing date.
