Pakistan Railways invites reputed contractors, firms, and companies to pre-qualify for outsourcing the commercial management of luggage vans and brake vans attached to various trains across the network. Vans will be offered subject to availability and selection will be through open auction. Detailed terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria are provided in the Pre-Qualification Document.
