The Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable firms, joint ventures and consortia with proven experience in financing, construction, operation and maintenance of municipal solid waste management and resource recovery projects for development of a Resource Recovery Project at the Shamshatoo Landfill, Peshawar District. The procurement will follow a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement on a Design–Build–Finance–Operate–Transfer (DBFOT) Concessionaire basis under the KP PPP Act, 2020 and KP PPP (Selection of Private Partner) Rules, 2021.
