Issuer: District Council Sahiwal. Purpose: Sealed item-rate tenders are invited for ten civil works packages including repair/rehabilitation of metalled roads, construction of sullage carriers/sewerage, soling and laying of tuff tiles in Sahiwal District. Procurement will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Submission method and eligibility: Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid security must be submitted digitally. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category are eligible. Item rates are exclusive of PST/GST. Performance guarantee and other bidding conditions specified in the bidding documents will apply. The competent authority may reject any or all bids. Time for completion will be mentioned in the work order. Successful bidders are responsible for required quality control tests at their own expense.
