Punjab Highways Department Tender Notice — Highways Division Nankana Sahib (E-Procurement)

Issuing authority: Punjab Highways Department, Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Nankana Sahib (Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle Lahore).

Purpose: Open e-tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors for highway/bridge repair works under the Punjab Highways Department. Interested contractors may participate through the Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System.

- Contractors/Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold valid PEC registration for the relevant category.

- Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement/e-Tendering portal and follow the online procurement procedures (visit: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Tender documents, scope of work, estimated costs, earnest money, and detailed instructions are available on the Punjab e-procurement portal and the department website; bidders must upload bids electronically as instructed.

- Bid security/earnest money in the prescribed form (e.g., CDR/Bank Guarantee) and performance securities/guarantees required under PPRA/department rules must be furnished as per the tender conditions.

- Submission and opening of bids will be in accordance with PPRA rules and the schedule published on the e-procurement portal and in the tender documents.

- Register and log in to the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and follow the e-submission procedure listed in the tender notice.
