Privatisation Commission (PC), Government of Pakistan, invites Technical & Financial Proposals to hire a Financial Advisor (FA) to provide advisory services for private sector participation in two power distribution companies: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) and Hazara Electric Power Company (HAZECO) through privatisation and/or concession.
Interested parties (individual firms or consortia) with experience in similar transactions may obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) package, which includes Terms of Reference (TORs), Evaluation Criteria and a Draft Financial Advisory Services Agreement (FASA), from the PC website.
