Tender for Supply of Feed Mill Ingredients & Animal Feed Stuff for LR&DS Swabi, Dir Lower & VRI Peshawar (FY 2026–27)

The Office of the Station Director, Livestock Research and Development Station, Swabi invites e-bids through EPADS from FBR-registered suppliers (active taxpayers) for supply of feed mill ingredients and animal feed stuff (wheat straw, silage (maize), Wanda CP (17–20%), green fodder and laboratory animal feed ingredients) under the regular budget for FY 2026–27 for LR&DS Swabi, LR&DS Dir (Lower) and VRI Peshawar. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-30 at 10:00 AM.

Submission deadline is 2026-08-11 at 10:00 AM via EPADS; the original CDR must reach the office of the Director, Livestock Research & Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar by 10:00 AM. Earnest money (CDR) amounts shown include 50,000/- and 100,000/-; technical bids will be opened electronically on 2026-08-11 at 11:00 AM (Dir Lower), 11:30 AM (Swabi) and 12:00 PM (VRI). Bidding documents, specifications and terms are available on the KP eProcure (kp.eprocure.gov.pk), KPPRA and department websites. Approved rates will remain effective until 2027-06-30.
