TransPeshawar Invitation for Bids — Rental of Underpass & Tuck Shops at Peshawar BRT Stations

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites sealed bids for the rental / disposal of underpass shops and tuck shops located at Peshawar BRT bus stations. Assets are offered on an "as is where is" basis and will be awarded through Single-Stage One-Envelope National Competitive Bidding.

Eligibility: Eligible individuals (Pakistani nationals with valid CNIC), sole proprietors, firms or companies registered in Pakistan may participate.

Key bid conditions & submission: Bidding documents are available from TransPeshawar website and office from publication of this notice until the last date for submission. Prospective bidders may visit the shops at BRT stations during office hours (0900–1700 Monday–Friday). A Bid Security / Earnest Money equal to 2.5% of the annual rent, in the form of CDR/DD from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, must accompany each bid. Bids must be delivered to the TransPeshawar office on or before 11:30 AM PST on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM PST on the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
